Story Spring is an independently owned small business. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all programs, courses, coaching, workshops, books, and digital products are non-refundable.

If extreme or unforeseen circumstances arise that make it impossible for you to attend a live course or program, or to access the recording or digital equivalent, you may contact us via email to discuss your situation. While refunds are not guaranteed, Story Spring may, at its sole discretion, offer options such as:

• transferring you to a future session or cohort,

• granting you credit toward another Story Spring offering, or

• providing an alternative access method, if possible.

Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, and Story Spring is not obligated to provide exceptions.
